Product Warranty

Products made by Nice Rack Canada are warranted against failures due to defective parts or faulty workmanship for a period of 1 year after delivery to the original owner. During this 1 year period, we, Nice Rack Canada, will make necessary repairs without charge for parts and labor. However, shipping to the repair location must be paid by the owner. 

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or misuse.

This warranty will be cancelled at the sole discretion of us if the product has: 

Any signs of tampering, unauthorized service or modifications. 

Any damage resulting from physical abuse

 

Please contact us via online form below prior to returning the unit to us for repair. Do not ship without a Return Authorization number.

 

Note: For customers outside of Canada: Customs shipping instructions will be provided when you contact us prior to shipping.
